Bronwyn Monopoli

Bronwyn specialises in rural business accounting services, taxation and business advice. She brings a wealth of governance experience to her role and is currently a director of several companies and trusts. Bronwyn has an Honorary Doctorate in Commerce from Massey University and is a fellow of the College of Chartered Accountants.

Awarded an MBE (Civil Division) for services to business management she has been inducted into the Nelson Tasman Chamber of Commerce Hall of Fame.

Tim King

Tim is Deputy Mayor of the Tasman District Council and chairs its Corporate Services Committee. He farms on the Waimea Plains and has governance roles on a range of community organisations, including the Waimea Rural Fire Authority and the Wakefield and Community Health Centre Trust.

Kim is a former CFO and executive director with 24 years financial experience in the global dairy industry having worked in senior finance roles in USA, Germany, Australia and New Zealand.  Kim is currently a Director and Audit Chair of Quotable Value Limited.

Steve Sanderson

Steve Sanderson is the Chief Executive Officer for Wellington Airport and he has been in that position since February 2012. Prior to Wellington Airport, Steve was the CEO for Queenstown Airport for 5 years.

Steve has predominately a career background in infrastructure businesses including General Manager NZ/Australia at Powerco Limited, and General Manager at Lyttelton Port Company and he is currently a Director of Pioneer Generation.

Prior to Queenstown Airport, he spent 3 years as CEO for Dynamic Controls a US owned company, which is listed on the NY stock exchange.

Steve is a graduate of Monash University, Melbourne.
