About the role

Our QuayPack team is the logistical hub for the wine and timber industry in the top of the South. Reporting to the QuayPack Supervisor, you will be primarily responsible for the receival of containers, handling customer product enquiries including availablity, processing orders, providing general customer support, and assisting with transport coordination. You will also get involved in contributing to the team’s drive to continually improve what we do and how we do it.

Normal hours of work being 2.30pm to 11.00pm Monday to Friday.

About you

You are looking for the next step in your logistics/customer service/administration career. And because of that, this role will have instant appeal. You will genuinely enjoy utilising your proven skills to deliver high quality customer service outcomes and to demonstrate your very real ability to build relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external. You are also entirely comfortable undertaking general warehousing and logistics tasks, including inventory and stock control. 

Calm under pressure, you are able to adapt without problem to whatever is happening, and so will love working in a dynamic environment where no two days are exactly the same. In addition, your strenghs will include:

· Previous experience with inventory management systems (SAP & Multipick desirable)

· Sound administration skills 

· Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy

· Extremely organised with the ability to multi-task

· Intermediate computer skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
