The Chief Financial Officer is a strategic leader in the business, with a focus on business improvement and growth. With accountability for managing the finance, risk and business systems functions, you will also work as part of the Senior Management Team to help unlock opportunities for efficiency and ensuring the profitability and financial sustainability of the organisation. This is a significant and complex role, where your leadership and mentoring skills will be critical, especially as the finance team responds to keep pace with the changing business environment and works to identify where existing systems and processes can be improved. At a Board reporting level, you will contribute strategically from a finance and commercial management perspective, working to drive forward positive change in a manner that fosters a strong and collaborative team culture.

We view this as a unique opportunity for candidates who are CA qualified, who have strong technical skills, with proven experience at a CFO level, ideally in other larger sized and more complex organisations. With a passion for leading people and a commitment to developing your team's capability, you will also need to be able to build positive relationships and influence across the business.
